1. Scope of Service
ARD (A Really Deep) Clean Ltd provides professional on-site deep cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across the UK and Europe. Our specialists attend customer premises equipped with commercial tools and cleaning agents.
2. Access and Utilities
Customers must provide uninterrupted access to the designated property at the scheduled arrival time, as well as operational running water and electricity. If access is obstructed or delayed, additional waiting fees may apply.
3. Quotes and Payments
All quotes are based on initial property assessments. If the property condition substantially deviates from descriptions provided (e.g., extreme contamination, post-construction debris), rates may be revised prior to starting. Invoices are payable upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
– Notice of 48 hours or more: Free cancellation or rescheduling. – Notice between 24 and 48 hours: Subject to a 30% administration charge. – Less than 24 hours or on-arrival lockout: Subject to a 50% call-out fee to cover operative transit and allocated scheduling.
5. Deposit Return & Satisfaction Guarantee
For end-of-tenancy cleans, we offer a 72-hour re-clean guarantee. If your landlord or letting agent reports cleaning issues related to our agreed scope, our team will return free of charge within 72 hours to rectify them.
6. Liability and Insurance
We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Customers must notify our management within 24 hours of service completion regarding any potential accidental damage or service disputes.
